The Technique
Grip Balance - Remember why you're using the PVC through the handles. Pull evenly. Pull with balance.
Tension Alignment - Notice the path your elbows travel on verses the line of cable tension. Keep elbows pointing in the same direction and plane as the cable. Your elbows appear to be pointing slightly downward.
Alternating Step Back - Be sure to step back then row. Notice how this split stance assists a tall posture during rows.
