Cross Bones - Be sure to cross your lower leg over you upper leg. In other words, don't place shoe on thigh.
Momentum - If your Hips and Rear are too sore from the previous workout, than use momentum to gentle move you into this cross leg position.
Oxygen - Breath fluidly. The more you hold your breath during the exercise the more discomfort you'll feel.
